Timothy Embretson is a seasoned leader in digital product development and experience design, currently serving as Product Domain Manager for IKEA Digital Channels since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing digital product initiatives for IKEA.com, the IKEA App, and remote customer experiences. Previously, Timothy held various significant roles at Best Buy, including Senior Director of Experience Design, where a large team focused on enhancing employee and customer experiences through human-centered design. Additional experience includes advisory board membership at UserZoom and numerous positions at The Lacek Group, StoneArch, and CRC Marketing Solutions. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Northern Iowa and completed an Executive Education course at the Yale School of Management.
