Ulf Bergen

Ulf Bergen is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in global talent management and co-worker relations, currently serving as Global Co-worker Relations Leader at IKEA since August 2019. Ulf drives strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the work life of employees across 31 countries, with a focus on Health & Wellbeing. Previous roles at IKEA include Global Talent Management Leader and Global Recruiting, Selection & Onboarding Leader, overseeing holistic talent processes and stakeholder management. Prior to IKEA, Ulf held various leadership positions at TOM TAILOR GROUP, including Head of Human Resources International, where Ulf developed and standardized HR strategies across Europe and Asia. With earlier experience at afg PERSONAL GmbH and participation in the 2006 FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee, Ulf's career began with roles in sales training and human resources at L'Oréal.
