Wendy Bouman

Wendy Bouman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and compliance. Currently serving as a Legal Operations Coordinator at IKEA since May 2017, Wendy coordinates legal operations and manages projects within the Inter IKEA Group. Previously, as a Legal Counsel Compliance at Royal IHC, Wendy focused on developing and implementing policies related to Anti-Corruption and Trade Sanctions. Wendy's career also includes roles as a Steering Document Specialist at IKEA, Bedrijfsjurist at Zadkine, and (Helpdesk) Jurist at Besturenraad, among others. Wendy holds a master's degree in law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has further certifications in legal operations and privacy.
