Yating Yang has a diverse background in software engineering and agile coaching, with experience spanning various industries. At Cisco from September 2013 to November 2016, Yating held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master. Following this, Yating served as a Technical Program Manager and Agile Coach at WeWork from August 2019 to July 2020, focusing on coaching multiple software development teams and enhancing project management frameworks. From July 2020 to December 2021, Yating worked as an Agile Coach for Danone, leading digital transformation initiatives.
