Alex Friedl

Alex Friedl, M.A., is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at ikeGPS since October 2021, Alex contributes to the product management team by executing acceptance tests in an Agile framework. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Support Engineer at ikeGPS, providing technical support for IKE hardware and software platforms and managing hardware assets. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Power Engineering Technologist I at Pike Engineering, focusing on wireless communication technologies for electrical distribution systems. Alex's background also includes archaeological roles, with significant experience as a field technician and monitor, as well as academic positions such as a GIS Analyst and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Alex earned a Master of Arts in Applied Anthropology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of the South.
