Joyce Umeh PHRi is a customer service professional with extensive experience in client support and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Ikeja Electric since October 2021, Joyce previously worked as a Customer Support Analyst at ALAT by Wema from May 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries through various communication channels. Prior experience includes a role as a Personal Assistant at Christ Powerhouse from January 2017 to January 2019, managing daily activities and administrative tasks, and a brief tenure as an Advertising Sales Representative at Jobberman.com in 2016. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin, completed in 2014.
