Matthew Symonds

Matthew Symonds has worked in two companies, Ikeja and Fairvest Property Holdings. In Ikeja, they served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder from 2016. In Fairvest Property Holdings, they were the Investments Manager from 2014, with a specific focus on Lower LSM Retail assets for the fund and disposals & acquisitions. Matthew was also the Acquisitions Analyst from 2014, responsible for the procurement and analysis of potential acquisitions for the fund and assistant to the CEO.

Matthew Symonds attended Bishops Diocesan College from 2003 to 2007. Matthew then attended the University of Cape Town from 2008 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hon) in Property. Matthew then returned to the University of Cape Town from 2013 to 2014, graduating with a BCom Hons (FAPM) in Finance, General.
