Tanya Corsie

Tanya Corsie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities. Tanya started their career as an Admissions Officer at Robert Gordon University, where they were involved in screening applications, communicating with various stakeholders, and working on reports and projects. In 2004, they joined Iken Business Ltd and initially served as a PA to the Directors and Office Manager, handling tasks such as diary management, travel arrangements, and marketing activities. Tanya then progressed to roles such as Implementation Consultant and Project Manager, where they managed new implementations and upgrades for clients, and later as Client Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through using Iken. Tanya eventually became the Director and Chief Operating Officer at Iken, before assuming their current position as the Chief Executive Officer and Director. In their current role, they are responsible for implementing the company's vision and strategy, managing the Iken team, and advising clients on best practices and change management.

Tanya Corsie attended Kirkwall Grammar School from 1984 to 1990. Tanya then went on to study at Robert Gordon University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Librarianship & Information Studies, specializing in Library and Information Science.
