Bob Lally

Bob Lally is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Finance and Operations at Ikena Oncology since December 2022, Bob previously held key positions at Prevail Therapeutics, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance. Additional roles include Executive Director, Finance and Controller at Arsanis, as well as various finance leadership positions at Cubist Pharmaceuticals and Tyco International. Bob began a career in finance with M/A-COM, progressing through roles such as US Operations Controller and Cost Accounting Manager. Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
