Basha Shaik

Basha Shaik has a strong work experience background with expertise in engineering and management roles. Since 2017, they have been working at IKG where they started as an Engineering Manager and then was promoted to Director of Engineering in July 2020. Basha previously worked at Harsco Corporation as a Project Engineer / India Manager for their IKG division from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they were an Associate Engineering Manager at Harsco Global Service Centre from 2012 to 2013. Basha also has experience as a Detailing Manager at Mold-Tek Technologies Limited from 2007 to 2012, and as a Technical Manager at iCad engineering from 2005 to 2007. Their career began at Larsen&Toubro limited where they worked as an Engineer from 1998 to 2005.

Basha Shaik completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southern New Hampshire University from 2011 to 2013. They also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations and Marketing from ITM Business School during the same period. Additionally, they earned a civil engineering degree from Andhra University from 1995 to 1998.
