Pat Byrne

Vice President - US Operations at IKG

Pat Byrne has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Beginning in 1990, they worked as an Industrial Engineer at Luminator Technology Group, where they focused on process improvements and product costing. Pat then took on various roles such as Project Manager and Production Manager, overseeing multiple divisions and locations. In 2002, they became the Value Stream/Lean Engineering Manager, responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing throughout the organization. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of Director of Manufacturing & Purchasing, and later as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they focused on increasing liquidity and decreasing costs. From 2009 to 2011, Byrne worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Walton Signage. Continuing their career progression, they then joined GEODynamics B.V. in 2012 as the Vice President of Operations, leading the company's innovation in perforating systems technology for the oil and gas industry. Lastly, since September 2015, Byrne has served as the Vice President of US Operations at IKG Industries, a leading manufacturer of steel and aluminum grating.

Pat Byrne holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Prior to that, Pat obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Additionally, Pat has obtained certifications in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan and as a Certified Integrated Resource Manager (CIRM) and Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) from APICS.
