Darius Jurgaitis

Darius Jurgaitis has over 25 years of work experience, starting their career as a Merchandiser at Philip Morris International in 1994. Darius then held various roles within the company, including Sales Trainer, Supervisor Merchandising, Manager Key Accounts Lithuania, and Manager Trade Marketing Baltics. Jurgaitis continued their career at Lietuvos draudimas, AB as a Manager of Sales Development before joining JTI as a Marketing Manager for Lithuania. Darius later became the Brand Group Manager Baltics & Slovenia and then the Manager of Planning & Development Baltics. Jurgaitis moved to Mondelēz International, where they held multiple roles such as Manager Indirect Sales Baltics at interim, Manager Sales Training Baltics, Manager Sales Strategy & Capabilities Baltics, and Manager Trade Marketing Coffee & Sales Strategy Baltics. Darius then joined Jacobs Douwe Egberts as the Manager of Sales Strategy, Planning & Trade Marketing Baltics. Currently, Jurgaitis works at IKI as the Head of Production Departments, overseeing the management of 7 production units and their overall performance.

Darius Jurgaitis obtained their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Vytauto Didžiojo Universitetas. Darius attended the university from 1989 to 1995.
