Riya Kothari is a legal professional with diverse experience in policy and international cooperation. Currently serving as an Associate at Ikigai Law since January 2024, Riya is seconded to the International Cooperation Division at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), focusing on areas such as digital public infrastructure, digital trade, and artificial intelligence. Previous roles include Associate at Invest India and Policy Associate at SEWA Bharat, along with various internships and positions related to legal research, advocacy, and public policy. Riya Kothari holds a BA.LLB degree from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali, completed in 2021.
