Lars Desgranges

Lars Desgranges has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2017. He had previously been a deputy member of the Board of Directors since 2005. Lars Desgranges completed an apprenticeship at Dillinger Hütte as an energy electronics technician specializing in industrial engineering. This was followed by further training to become a technician at the Chamber of Crafts of the Saarland and then studying at the Academy for Work at the University of Frankfurt am Main, which he completed in 2004. Lars Desgranges is the 1st authorized representative of IG Metall Völklingen. He was also a lay judge at the Saarbrücken District Court from 2009 to 2013. Since January 1, 2011, he has been an honorary judge at the Saarbrücken Labor Court. He is a member of the representative assembly of the Saarland Chamber of Labor and a member of the vocational training committee of the Saarland Chamber of Commerce.
