Lucile Picard is the Directrice marketing et communication at IKKS since January 2018, responsible for leading the brand's transformation and enhancing its visibility and coherence through a structured and agile marketing organization. Lucile oversees a multidisciplinary team focused on media strategy, social media and public relations, retail marketing for a network of 600 boutiques, wholesale communication, content creation, and event coordination. Prior to this role, Lucile spent over a decade at Puig, serving as Marketing Manager for Jean Paul Gaultier and Paco Rabanne, where strategies were implemented to increase brand awareness and market share in a competitive landscape. Lucile holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Audencia and has completed a startup training program at Join Lion, alongside a background in preparatory studies for HEC.
