Ludovic Bidault

Ludovic Bidault has extensive experience in financial management and audit, currently serving as Directeur Administratif et Financier at IKKS since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading a team of 40 in various financial areas and overseeing debt restructuring and specific reporting within a LBO structure. Previously, Ludovic held the position of Responsable du Contrôle Financier at IKKS, managing a 20-member team and engaging in international financial oversight. From September 2011 to August 2016, Ludovic worked at Groupe Zannier as Responsable Consolidation et Audit Interne, managing financial consolidation for two groups and participating in M&A processes. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Mazars, where involvement in financial audits spanned multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a DSCG in Accounting.
