Parvinder began their career as a Sr Support Engineer at Abacus Automation in 1994, where they provided solutions and support to customers for their business requirements. Parvinder then worked as a Network Administrator at Cyber Media in 1996. In 1997, they joined Polaris Software Lab and served in various roles such as AVP, AVP & Project Manager - IT, and AVP & Project Manager IT. Parvinder continued working at Polaris Software Limited and Polaris Software Labs Ltd in similar roles. From 2007 to 2015, Parvinder worked at Max Life Insurance Co. Limited as the Corporate Vice President & Head of IT Services.
