Allan Kouidri is an experienced professional in the fields of deep learning, computer vision, and plant biology. Currently serving as an Ingénieur R&D Deep Learning & Computer Vision and Computer Vision Data Scientist at Ikomia since September 2022, Allan focuses on the analysis and integration of advanced algorithms. Previously, at NIAB as a Postdoctoral Researcher, contributions were made towards characterizing regulatory elements in cereals. Allan's academic background includes a Master of Science in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from Data ScienceTech Institute and a Master's degree in Plant Biology and Biotechnology from Université de Bordeaux. Additional experiences span roles as a Research Assistant and PhD Student at the Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics, as well as internships in microbiology and plant research, highlighting a diverse skill set in both computational and biological sciences.
