Jostein Nygård has extensive experience in operations and service management, currently serving as a Service Level Manager at Ikomm AS since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jostein held various leadership positions at Marcello from January 2019 to October 2022, including Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager. Jostein's career also includes roles at IMEMO AS from January 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities comprised IT Advisor and Change Manager, and Team Lead. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Operations Manager at OXX AS and Operations Manager at Serverparkering AS. Jostein's foundational career began at Axel Johnson International AS as Service Manager for Fujifilm Norway/Sweden and Service Engineer, following initial work as an Airline Worker at Scandinavian Airlines. Jostein holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Oslo and Akershus University College and studied Business Administration and Economics at BI Norwegian Business School.
