Catherine Ford

Catherine Ford has extensive experience in technical service delivery and project management within the Eastern Hemisphere, currently serving as Technical Service Delivery Manager at Ikon Science since September 2013, following roles as Technical Manager and Project Manager. Key responsibilities include resource scheduling, project communication, proposal tracking, and financial oversight, alongside managing project profitability and report generation. Prior to their tenure at Ikon Science, Catherine served as a Team Administrator for the QI Team and worked as a Research Officer at Sappi, specializing in somatic embryogenesis of Pinus patula. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Plant Biotechnology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Master of Science in Plant Biotechnology from the former University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg.
