Sara Nawaz - Chrp

Sara Nawaz is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at IKONIC since December 2022, Sara has successfully developed a comprehensive HR structure and onboarding program. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Reach First, where Sara focused on internal process improvements and recruitment, and Human Resources Manager at ZEM Builders, overseeing various HR functions and employee engagement initiatives. Additional experience includes HR management positions at Express IELTS and CODE Informatics, as well as internships at Individualland and Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. Sara holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi.
