Rehgan Avon

Rehgan Avon is a highly experienced professional with a background in data analytics, product management, and solutions architecture. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of AlignAI. From 2016-2019, they held multiple roles including Board Member and Founder & CEO of Women in Analytics (WIA), Advisory Board Member for OhioX, Advisor for the MS in Data Analytics Program at Franklin University, Head of Solutions for Mobikit, Instructor for Introduction to Web Development, Introduction to Data Science, and Introduction to Data Science for Finance workshops at Cognitir, Solutions Architect and Product Manager for ModelOp, and Product Manager and Lead Data Engineer & Analyst for Clarivoy.

Rehgan Avon attended Elyria Catholic High School from 2007 to 2011, where they received a High School degree. Rehgan then attended The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
