Erjon Kozeli is the Director of iKons Global, an IT recruitment business specializing in critical technology skills and professional services for complex projects across Europe. With over a decade of experience in the IT recruitment industry, Erjon leads a team of multilingual consultants focused on areas such as SAP, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this role, Erjon has held positions in various sectors, including co-founding a successful cleaning service and interning at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Erjon earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from James Madison University.
