Tiziano Caponi

Tiziano Caponi currently serves as Business Development Director and Country Manager at IKOS GROUP, a position held since 2018, after progressing from Business Development Manager. Prior to this role, Tiziano accumulated extensive experience at AKKA Technologies from 2008 to 2018 as Business Development Manager and Railway System Engineer, and earlier served as Software Architect at RGI Group from 2007 to 2008. Tiziano began a career at Datalogic in 2006 as System Network Administrator. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi in 2025, business coaching at Manitude in 2021, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 2005, along with a graduation in Scientific High School in 1997.
