Yann Blanco

Yann Blanco is an experienced engineer consultant specializing in digital project management and Lean Management, currently working at IKOS GROUP since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of nine consultants for a mission at the RATP's Information Systems Department and implementing Lean Management practices. Prior experiences include support roles in Supply Chain deployment at SNCF Réseau, operational excellence initiatives at Fret SNCF, and various positions in training and continuous improvement across different organizations. Yann holds a Mastère Spécialisé in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and has completed additional degrees focused on industrial performance and mechanical engineering.
