David Chocano started their work experience in 2005 as a Banking Agent at CaixaBank before moving to Arke for an internship in the "Leonardo" EU trainee program. David then joined El Corte Ingles as a Recruitment Consultant for a brief period before transitioning to PwC as an Audit Senior and later as an Audit Manager. In 2015, they became the Head of Finance at Budgetplaces.com, which was eventually sold to eDreams ODIGEO. David then worked as a Finance Operations Manager at Thomson Reuters before joining Ikos Resorts as a Senior Finance Director in 2018.
David Chocano attended the following educational institutions:
- From 2023 to 2024, they attended the London Business School, where they pursued the CFO Programme in Accounting and Finance.
- In 2021 and 2022, they enrolled at the IESE Business School for the PDD - Programa de Desarrollo Directivo degree, without specifying the field of study.
- Between 2002 and 2008, they studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earning a Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas degree.
- In 2006 and 2007, they also pursued a Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas degree at Mälardalen University.
- In 2005 and 2006, they completed a Master en Gestión de la Calidad (ISO) at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios Ramón Areces (CEURA).
