Before joining Ikos Resorts, Konstantinos worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Strategy, Analytics, and M&A, as well as an Engagement Manager in Strategy & Operations. Konstantinos also served as an Elected Member of the Board at the Chamber of Industry & Commerce. Konstantinos has experience as a Finance Manager at P. Makridis + Associates, as the Managing Director at HAKS contract design, and as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Deloitte. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst at J. ZOURAS - N. SOURNOPOULOS S.A., Textiles Industry, a Reserve Officer in the Hellenic Army, and a Finance Analyst at AkzoNobel. Konstantinos started their career as a Finance Intern at the National Bank of Greece.
Konstantinos Sournopoulos has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Diplom Kaufmann degree in MSc Business Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt. In 2003, they earned a certification in Management Accounting from CIMA. In 2014, they completed the Leadership Transitions Certification Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Konstantinos also holds a High School Diploma from Anatolia College, which they obtained in 1991. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as AI, analytics, business analysis, change leadership, conflict resolution, digital marketing, finance, management, and more from prestigious institutions like Babson College, Deloitte Digital, IIBA, Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, and Deloitte.
