Emily Shields

Emily Shields currently serves as Senior Vice President at IKS Health, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Emily worked at Guidehouse from April 2021 to May 2024, progressing from Associate Director to Director of Physician Enterprise Solutions. Earlier experience includes managing consulting roles at Berkeley Research Group LLC and QHR, with a focus on physician enterprise solutions and promotions reflecting consistent advancement in expertise. Emily began the professional journey as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Quantitative Analysis from Middle Tennessee State University, a Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
