Nikhat Aland

Nikhat Aland is an experienced professional in product strategy and program management, currently serving as Associate Vice President at IKS Health since May 2022. Previously, Nikhat held the position of Vice President of Solution and Strategy at ClinDecision (Bjorn Biosystems Pvt. Ltd) from March 2017 to April 2022, where significant contributions included the development of an oncology platform aimed at improving cancer treatment and patient education, as well as generating actionable insights for enhancing clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies. Prior to ClinDecision, Nikhat worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, managing Oracle implementation projects, and at Infosys in various roles, advancing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant. Nikhat holds an MBA in Operations-Supply Chain Management and Logistics from the Department of Management Sciences, PUMBA, and a B.Pharm from Bombay College of Pharmacy.
