Srinivasan Madabushi

Srinivasan Madabushi serves as the Executive Vice President & General Manager for Value Based Care at IKS Health, overseeing profit and loss for a business unit dedicated to provider software solutions in value-based care arrangements since August 2023. Previously, Srinivasan was a key figure at Google, where roles included Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development for Google Health, contributing to the launch and scaling of health products, and Business Development Director for AI Research, focusing on machine learning applications in healthcare. Earlier experience includes leading the Diagnostics business unit for Novartis in Southeast Asia, where Srinivasan achieved significant revenue growth. Srinivasan’s career began at ZS Associates as a Consultant in the healthcare sector. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Structural & Computational Biology from Baylor College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
