Thomas Felch

Thomas Felch is a seasoned executive in the healthcare and technology sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Strategic Growth at IKS Health since April 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations & Client Services at Lightbeam Health Solutions from December 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Oracle as Principal of Strategic Growth from January 2020 to December 2021. Thomas's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at FullWell_LLC and various roles at ECG Management Consultants, where tenure spanned a decade. Thomas earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Healthcare Specialization from Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and French from Clemson University.
