Sarita Zore

Sarita Zore is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Lead HR & Talent Acquisition at Iksula since January 2022, Sarita has previously held roles at Tech Mahindra, including Senior Business Associate from April 2016 to January 2022, where expertise in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding was developed. Earlier experience as an HR Training Executive at Tech Mahindra from December 2010 to March 2015 involved upskilling associates in high-demand technologies and managing various reporting processes. Sarita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, obtained between 2017 and 2019, as well as a Master of Commerce degree from the same institution, completed in 2007.
