Asif Guliyev

Asif Guliyev is an experienced professional in product management and development, currently serving as a Product Owner at IKTEX LLC since December 2022, where leadership in significant e-government projects is a key focus. Prior to this role, Asif was a Product Specialist at ATL Tech from August 2021 to November 2022, contributing to team success in the local tech sector. As a co-founder and Product Manager at Evelani.az from January 2019 to September 2021, Asif led the design of user-centric wireframes and managed various project responsibilities.
