Kjara Dika

Kjara Dika is an accomplished professional in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as the Human Resources & Recruiting Manager at ikubINFO since November 2019, where previous roles included Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Kjara held the position of Head of Human Resources at Nek Marketing shpk from December 2017 to November 2019 and worked as an Interpreter for Blue Panorama Airlines SpA from March 2015 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and IT from the European University of Tirana, obtained between 2016 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, completed from 2011 to 2014.
