Felipe Guzman

Felipe Guzman is a seasoned independent consultant with over 28 years of experience primarily in Operations, including Monitoring, Service Desk, Operations Center and Security, Technical Support, Change Control, and Vendor Management. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial PM at IKUSI, Felipe was previously an independent consultant at Backslash and held roles in Operations and Quality at Solution Ware Integracion, SA de CV, and Bluework's Grupo VCH SA de CV. Felipe earned an Engineer’s Degree in Electronic Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed several managerial development programs at the same institution and ICAMI Centro de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo.
