Carlo Nuevo possesses a robust background in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology System Manager and previously as IT Systems Specialist at Il Fornaio since June 2022. As the Founder of 7th Wave Solutions, Carlo is shaping innovative IT solutions beginning June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as IT Specialist and POS Administrator at Mikuni Restaurant Group, Inc. from June 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed Point of Sale administration, enterprise database management, and advanced troubleshooting. Carlo's career began at Oracle from August 2012 to 2018, where leadership roles in customer success and project management involved overseeing the Oracle/Micros Point of Sale systems and managing installations and support across extensive client territories. Carlo's educational journey includes studies at Grossmont College, Berkeley City College, and Sierra College.
