Boaz Ariely is the SVP of Performance Marketing at IL MAKIAGE. Boaz has over 15 years of experience in marketing and software development. Boaz has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Boaz has managed teams for programmatic and direct online channels, as well as acquisition online channels such as SEM, Display, Native, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Email, Content, CPL, Coreg, Affiliates, and Direct collaborations. In addition, they have also overseen retention and retargeting efforts such as email marketing, dynamic retargeting, and cart abandonment. Boaz is an expert web analyst and has also been responsible for marketing strategy, budgeting, and attribution planning across channels. Boaz has a history of testing out innovative channels on a monthly basis. Prior to joining IL MAKIAGE, Boaz was the VP of Marketing at GlassesUSA.com from 2011 to 2018. Before that, they were the Senior Paid Search Specialist & Head of Web Analytics at GO Internet Marketing from 2009 to 2011. Boaz began their career as a software developer at Gizmoz in 2008 and then went on to work in R&D at Unitronics from 2006 to 2008. In 2003, they co-founded Ariely Ventures where they served as the Business Development Manager until 2005.

Boaz Ariely studied computer science at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and holds certification from Google AdWords in Adwords Certification.
