Hila Banit has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Hila currently holds the position of Sales Manager at MONSE since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Sales at SHWETAMBARI from February 2022. In January 2022, they worked as a Fashion Consultant at an undisclosed company.

Their previous positions include being a Business Development Manager at IL MAKIAGE starting in October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Issey Miyake USA Corp from February 2018 to January 2021. Hila also held the position of Account Executive at Akris from April 2016 to February 2018.

In their earlier career, Banit worked as a Sales Coordinator at LANVIN from August 2015 to April 2016. Hila gained experience as a Wholesale Assistant at Acne Studios AB from August 2014 to August 2015.
