Kfir Cohen

Kfir Cohen is currently the VP of Engagement & Retention at IL MAKIAGE. Prior to this, Cohen served as the Marketing and Acquisition Director at 888holdings from May 2015 to March 2020. In this role, Cohen managed all marketing domains and award-winning teams within the company's largest business unit. Cohen also changed the organization's structure within the unit to support the unique challenges faced by 888holdings. Prior to 888holdings, Cohen served as the Head of Loyalty and Retention Marketing Department at YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd from October 2010 to July 2014. In this role, Cohen was responsible for all marketing enterprises regarding the company's private customer base, including loyalty, retention, relocation, and VIP customers. Cohen also managed a team of 3 project managers, planned and implemented a revision in the organization's service and pricing strategy, designed and operated retention models and customer incentive programs, handled a yearly marketing budget of a few million dollars, developed an innovative AR TV-based app, and reported weekly to the CEO and company management.

Kfir Cohen has a BA in economics and management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in cognition science and Amirim from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
