Rachael Spencer

Rachael Spencer has an extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Rachael currently works at IL MAKIAGE, where they started as a Performance Marketing Manager in May 2018. Rachael then progressed to become the Director of Performance Marketing in November 2019 and the Senior Director of Growth Marketing in April 2021. Currently, Rachael holds the position of VP of Growth Marketing since April 2023.

Prior to IL MAKIAGE, they worked at MBI Inc. from August 2014 to May 2018. During their time there, they served as a Product Marketing Manager and later became the Senior Marketing Manager for Digital & E-commerce.

Rachael's earlier work experience includes being named the Student Leader of the Year at The National Energy Education Development Project from June 2012 to January 2013.
