Vladyslav Petrov

Vladyslav Petrov has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Vladyslav is currently working as a Data Science Team Leader at IL MAKIAGE since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CloudMade from 2018 to 2022, starting as a Data Scientist and eventually being promoted to Senior Data Scientist. At CloudMade, they were involved in various projects such as building core algorithms for improved feature adoption systems in cars, developing a system for identifying inconvenient parking for a top OEM on the Asian market, and predicting short-term driver behavior using high-frequency data. Vladyslav'swork received positive feedback from clients, leading to the project progressing from R&D to pre-production stage.

Before joining CloudMade, Vladyslav worked at OLX Group as a Business Intelligence Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Prior to OLX Group, they held the position of Data Science Business Leader at Nielsen from 2015 to 2016. Vladyslav also gained experience as a Consultant/Executive Director at Vorte Group from 2010 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Vladyslav worked as a Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University from 2012 to 2013 and as a Research Assistant at EERC/Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) from 2010 to 2012.

Vladyslav Petrov began their education in 2006 at the National Aviation University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Finance. Vladyslav completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. Subsequently, they attended the Kyiv School of Economics from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economic Analysis. Finally, in 2012, Vladyslav Petrov enrolled at Arizona State University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Economics in 2013.
