Yoav Cafri

Yoav Cafri is the current Chief Data Scientist at IL MAKIAGE. Yoav has also previously worked at ODDITY, NeoWize, KitLocate, Yandex.IL, WeBuy, and Surf Style Retail Management INC.

Cafri began their professional career as the IT Manager + Programmer at Surf Style Retail Management INC. in 2010. There, they were in charge of the company's network of 23 stores in the USA. Yoav oversaw a team who handled all computer issues for the company, and was also responsible for the financial system, POS systems, and all other computer systems. In addition to their IT duties, Cafri was also responsible for the inventory counting process at the end of each year.

In 2012, Cafri left Surf Style to start their own company, WeBuy. Yoav served as the Founder & CTO there until 2014 when they joined Yandex.IL as a Team Leader. Yoav stayed with Yandex until 2016, after which they briefly worked at NeoWize before joining their current company, IL MAKIAGE, as Chief Data Scientist.

Yoav Cafri holds a BA in Computer Science from The Open University and certification from Microsoft in Graduate of Microsoft Ventures Accelerator.

Yoav Cafri reports to Oran Holtzman, CEO. Some of their coworkers include Shiran Holtzman Erel - Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Dmitri Kaplun - Chief Revenue Officer, and Boaz Ariely - SVP, Performance Marketing.
