Christian Mambelli

Christian Mambelli has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Multi-Unit Director of Operations for Il Mulino New York since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for multiple locations, leading a high-performing team, and managing budgets and vendor relations. Previously, Christian worked as a General Manager for Il Mulino Tribeca and Il Mulino Gramercy, where management of daily operations and team development occurred. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sommelier for B&B Hospitality Group, where Christian contributed to the restaurant achieving a Wine Spectator Grand Award, and as Beverage Director/Sommelier for Il Mulino Uptown. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Monmouth University.
