Brian Welch

Brian Welch has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Brian began their career at USA Group/Sallie Mae in 1995 as a Sr. System Analyst, where they were responsible for testing applications and writing test plans and scripts. After leaving in 2000, they joined Eli Lilly as a System Analyst, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, Brian joined IBM Global Process Services as an Analyst for a four-year period. Since 2015, they have been working at iLAB, starting as a Sr. Software Quality Analyst and progressing to the role of Software Quality Assurance Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Brian Welch has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Education from Purdue University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the certification of Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Manager from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in May 2021.
