Pfariso Mavhungu

Pfariso Mavhungu has four years of work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. They started their career in 2016 as a Java Developer at Dropper Group(Pty)Ltd, where they maintained and developed backend projects using JavaEE, Wildfly, and MongoDB. They also created JUnit tests during this time. In 2017, Pfariso worked as an Android Developer Trainee at CodeTribe, where they were involved in designing architecture, developing and modifying modules, and conducting unit testing and bug fixes using the SCRUM methodology.

In 2019, Pfariso joined Wipro Technologies as a Quality Assurance Tester. During their time there, they worked on projects using Selenium Web driver and Appium for functional testing. They also created automation scripts using TestNG and BDD Cucumber framework. Additionally, they performed functional testing for Android applications and created test data for the team. Pfariso remained with Wipro Technologies until their employment with iLAB in 2022.

Currently, Pfariso is working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at iLAB.

Pfariso Mavhungu pursued their education from 2013 to 2016 at Tswane University of Technology, where they obtained a National Diploma in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Pfariso has also obtained two additional certifications. In October 2018, they completed the Scrum Fundamentals Certified course offered by SCRUMstudy, and in August 2018, they completed the Android Developer Course provided by Udacity.
