Swapna Kawar

Swapna Kawar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Swapna'smost recent role is as an SQA Lead at iLAB, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RCR Technology as a Software Quality Assurance Tester from 2015 to 2022. During their time at RCR Technology, they worked on two major projects, the State of Illinois Integrated Eligibility System and the State of Indiana - FSSA - FACTS project. Swapna also worked as a Quality Analyst Engineer at National Government Services for a brief period in 2015. In 2014 and 2015, they worked as a QA Tester at RCR Technology, where they were involved in testing activities for the Captiva 7.1 Upgrade project. Before that, they worked at Finish Line as a QA Analyst from 2012 to 2014. Swapna also gained experience as a Sr. Tech. Associate and Test Team Lead at Tech Mahindra in 2007 and as a Senior QA Engineer at Symphony Services from 2006 to 2007. Swapna started their career as a Systems Executive and Sr. Tester at Kpit Cummins Infosystsms Limited, working on the Cummins INSITE project from 2004 to 2006. Swapna's earlier roles include being a Quality Assurance Engineer at BioImagene India Pvt. Ltd. in 2003 and a QA & Implementation Consultant at PC Soft Busi Automation Private Limited from 2001 to 2003. Swapna'sareas of expertise include software quality assurance, testing, data verification, automation framework development, and SQL scripting.

Swapna Kawar has a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Dr. B. A. Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Swapna also holds additional certifications including being ISTQB Certified from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page, obtained in February 2020. Additionally, they have completed a certification in Planning Effective Software Testing from ASPE Training, obtained in 2016.
