Carrie McCain, THRP, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Ilani since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Sr HR Manager of Benefits & Compensation at Fuerst Group, Inc. and KEEN Footwear, where responsibilities focused on benefits administration and compensation structure development. Carrie also held the position of Human Resources Director at the Portland Trail Blazers, overseeing various HR functions, and began career roles in environmental compliance and multiple capacities in HR, safety, and accounting at NORPAC/Weyerhaeuser. Education was completed at Lower Columbia College.
