Brenda Nyakundi

Brenda Nyakundi has worked in various roles since 2018. Brenda began their career at Huawei as a Brand Ambassador in 2018, where they sold products to customers and worked to meet sales targets. In 2019, they moved to Platinum Credit Limited as a Call Center Specialist, where they managed large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, cold called to achieve sales targets, and identified customers' needs. Currently, they are employed at Ilara Health as a Senior Customer Service Associate and Coach. In this role, they coach and mentors junior team members, supports problem resolution and decision making, and conducts timely performance evaluations. Brenda is also a Facility Growth and Development Specialist, where they contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's products, follows up on facilities that are on the company's portfolio, and onboard new clinics daily.

Brenda Nyakundi attended St. Mary's Lwak Girls' High School from 2011 to 2014 and Kenyatta University from 2015 to 2017.
