Gerardo Ordaz

Gerardo Ordaz is currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Manager at ILC Dover since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ordaz held positions in human resources at companies such as Honeywell, Marelli Automotive Lighting Division, and CASEEM. Gerardo obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Cultural and completed courses towards a master's degree in Logistics & Human Resources from the same institution. Additionally, Ordaz completed up to the fifth semester of Industrial Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez.
