Derek's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Franchising and Acquisitions at First Cash Financial Services, where responsibilities encompassed leading a franchisor subsidiary and overseeing business development with full P&L accountability. Additionally, Derek has owned and operated multiple businesses, including Unbuckled Inc. and Newsco Properties, and has experience as an Operations Manager at Doc Hollidays. Derek's educational background includes a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
